How Avina Integrations Work
Every integration connected to Avina flows into a unified data model. Avina normalizes objects including leads, contacts, accounts, and activities across all connected sources. This CRM context strengthens Avina's ability to produce signals, account scoring, and personalized drafts.
Connections are set up in Settings, under Integrations. Select a provider, complete the OAuth flow or enter your API credentials, and Avina begins a historical back-fill of 12 to 24 months of data where the source supports it.
Integration Write-Back
For HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Attio, Outreach, SalesLoft, Close, Instantly and Lemlist, Avina can write back to your CRM automatically. When authenticated write access is in place, Avina pushes de-duplicated Contacts, Accounts, and Signals into those records. In HubSpot, signals appear as Activity Notes on the associated Company, Contact, and Deal records, tagged with signal-specific labels that can power HubSpot lists, workflows, and reports.
